Whitwick & Coalville Leisure Centre
Located on the edge of Whitwick and Coalville, Everyone Active manage the local leisure centre, which was brand new for 2022, on behalf of North West Leicestershire District Council. The facilities include a 110-station gym, two pools, three group fitness studios and a Clip ‘n Climb wall as well as three squash courts, an eight-court sports hall, an adventure trail, a sauna steam room and spa pool as well as a café in which you can relax.

Woodstock in Whitwick are a local Community Organisation supported by volunteers from across the area to run a number of community events throughout the year as well as raising funds to support local good causes.
Woodstock in Whitwick also worked alongside Whitwick Parish Council to provide emergency response support during the COVID-19 pandemic and the crisis telephone number put in place during this time remains in place to this day – 07407 766518.

Whitwick U3A
Whitwick U3A – University of the Third Age – is for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in a friendly environment.
Walking, bridge, theatre, scrabble, computing and days of interest are just some examples of the many groups on offer.
Come along and see for yourself. General meetings are held on the 3rd Friday of the month – 1.45pm for 2.00pm start – at St David’s Church Hall, Broom Leys Road, Coalville LE67 4RL.
