Bagged dog waste while walking your dog on parish land can be deposited in any litter bin that is available.

Dog fouling is an important neighbourhood issue which has an impact on us all but enforcement for the whole of the District is the responsibility of Civil Enforcement Officers at NWLDC who can issue Fixed Penalty Notices, currently £80, using powers from the Dog Control Orders under the 2005 Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act.  If you know of, or suspect an offender, please call 01530 454545 in confidence or email streetenforcement@nwleicestershire.gov.uk  (with times, dates, place and description of the offender).
