NW Leics – We’re no longer delivering printed waste collection calendars to households.
You’ll still be able to check your waste collection dates online. From Monday 2 December, you can view your Christmas collections and download a 2025 calendar by:
Logging in to your council ‘MyAccount’
Searching your postcode in the ‘My location’ box on our website.From December, a small stock of printed copies will also be available for collection from the Customer Centre on Belvoir Road, Coalville. Accessible formats of the calendar, such as a braille, will be posted out on request.
The decision was made as part of the 2024-25 budget and will reduce carbon emissions, whilst saving around £15,000 each year in printing and delivering 49,000 calendars to all households in our district.
