WORKS POSTPONED – Road Closure at Swannington Level Crossing – 14th October 2023

UPDATE – THE ROAD CLOSURE DUE TO COMMENCE ON 14TH OCTOBER 2023 HAS BEEN POSTPONED.  AN ALTERNATIVE DATE HAS NOT YET BEEN DETERMINED.

Leicestershire County Council Highways have approved a temporary road closure on the Swannington Level Crossing Hough Hill/Station Road for 9 days. 

This closure will be implemented for public safety to allow Network Grid Electricity Distribution to facilitate a reinforcement scheme.
