My Kind of Yoga  have the following  dates booked in August  at Park Hall, Whitwick:

Monday 1st August – 11.00 am 12.00 Noon

Monday 8th August – 11.00 am – 12.00 Noon

Monday 15th August – 11.00 am – 12.00 Noon

A yoga class suitable for all abilities, children under the age of 5 are welcome to come along to play or join in.

Come in comfy clothing and bring a mat or large towel and a drink.
