WHITWICK PARISH COUNCIL TREE SURVEY 2026
On 5th March 2026, our tree survey commenced.
The tree surveyor from Leicestershire County Council has now carried out and completed the survey on all the trees in our parish owned land areas.
Grading system of trees:
Urgent – action straightaway
P1 – action with 3 months
P2 – action within 12 months
Routine – action within 3 years
2 trees have been highlighted in ‘priority 1’ category – this work will be scheduled to be carried out within 3 months of the reports being received.
40 trees have been highlighted in ‘priority 2’ category – this work will be scheduled to be carried out within a year of the reports being received.
9 trees have been highlighted in ‘routine’ category – this work will be scheduled to be carried out within 3 years as part of regular maintenance.
