Your bin collection dates will be changing between Monday 15 December 2025 and Monday 12 January 2026.

Please check your waste collection information carefully as there will also be changes to which bins and containers can be put out over the festive period.

There will be no recycling and waste collections on the following dates:

  • Thursday 25 December (if you normally receive a collection on a Thursday, the collection will take place on Tuesday 30 December, there will be no collection on Thursday 1 January)
  • Friday 26 December (if you normally receive a collection on a Friday, the collection will take place on Friday 2 January)
  • If you normally receive a collection on a Tuesday, there will be no collection on Tuesday 30 December
  • Wednesday 31 December.

Bins and recycling containers should be put out for collection by 6am, or the night before.

Garden waste

If your garden waste is collected this week, it will be the final collection until the week beginning Monday 19 January. This pause allows us to prioritise waste and recycling collections during the festive period.
