Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.
The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for Severn Trent Water to facilitate replacement of inspection cover and frame.
A road closure is required on City of Three Waters between Dumps Road and Mossdale on the 28th November 2025 for one day between 09:30 and 14:30.
The proposed alternative diversion route will be signed on site.
