BUDGET CONSULTATION 2025/26

The District Council’s Cabinet approved the following reports for statutory consultation
at its meeting on 9 January 2025:
1. Draft Capital Strategy, Treasury Management Strategy and Prudential Indicators
2. Draft General Fund Budget 2025/26
3. Draft Housing Revenue Account Budget and Rents 2025/26

You can forward any comments by email to anna.crouch@nwleicestershire.gov.uk by Sunday 26 January 2025.

Any comments you make will be provided to the Council’s Cabinet for its meeting on 28 January 2025, where it will recommend the final budget to Council for approval on the 20 February 2025.

Alternatively, you may find it quicker to complete the short online survey we have created, which walks through some of the key changes within the budget. This year’s survey will be open on Monday 13 January and closes on Sunday 26 January 2025.

If any Parishioners are unable to complete the online survey and would like to submit a response, they can post a written response through the Community Office door, 3A Market Place, Whitwick, LE67 5DT.
